Summary Sheet is a view where you can see your activity grouped by Application Name and Document Name.
You can access this page by clicking on the “Summary Sheet” icon at the left corner of the navigation bar.
In Summary Sheet, you can see two categories of time, Active Time and Away Time.
Active Time and Away Time
Active Time is the time recorded by WizzTime while you are working on your computer.
If you expand the application row, you can see the time you spent on each document or web page and it’s URL.
Away Time is the time recorded by WizzTime when you are away from your computer i.e when your computer is idle.
WizzTime captures the time you spent away from your computer like meetings, phone calls etc. and you can assign that time to a project if needed.
This feature will help you to filter records by categorized and Uncategorized time logs.
- The Categorized time logs: These are the time logs you assigned to a task.
- The Uncategorized time logs: These are the time logs which does not have any task assigned to it.
If you select a “Categorized” menu from the filter drop-down, you will see the time logs that have a Task assigned to it.
If you select the “Uncategorized” menu from the filter drop-down, you will see the time logs which do not have a Task assigned to it.
You can hide the time logs with shorter durations from the Summary Sheet. To do this, click on Hide Rows drop down and select the time below which you want to hide the records.
Expand All/Collapse All Rows
If you want to expand or collapse all applications at a time you can use this feature.
If you click on the same button the rows will get collapsed.
