WizzTime Tracker gives you two types of reports,
- Time Summary
- Detailed Activity Report
Time Summary
You can access this page by clicking on the “Time Summary” menu under the “Reports” icon from the left side navigation bar.

Here you can see your total Active and Away hours of the month.
You can see your previous and next months hours by clicking the buttons shown below.

Detailed Activity Report
You can access this page by clicking on the “Detail Activity” menu under the “Reports” icon from the left side navigation bar.

This report will help you to see your detailed activity, including away hours. You can select a different date/date range to view your activities. To provide you with better flexibility in generating your required reports, WizzTime equipped with Column Chooser, Data Filter

Generate report based on Date Range
You can select the date range by clicking on “Calendar” icon shown at the top right corner of the card. You can see the data of today, last 7 days or a month.

If you want to check data between a specific date range, select a “Custom range” option from the drop-down. Select the dates you want and click on the “Apply” button.

Hide and Show the columns
You can hide or show any column as per your requirements.
To hide the columns click on the “Select Column” drop-down shown at the top right corner and uncheck the checkboxes columns which you want to hide, it will hide those columns from the report.

If you want to show those columns again, you have to tick the un-checked checkboxes, the columns will appear again.

Filter the data by Application and Document Name:
You can filter the detail activity report data based on the Application Name and Document Name. As well as you can hide the rows with duration up to 5 min.
To apply the filters on the data, click on the “Filter” icon at the top right corner. It opens a small search pop up, enter the Application Name or Document Name as per your requirement and click on the “Search” button. Then the report data will be filtered based on your entered criteria.

You can see data filtered now and the report shows only the records whose “Application Name” contains “chrome” in it.

Apply Grouping on the Data
The WizzTime gives you the facility to apply the grouping filter on the columns. It will group your data and generate the
To apply grouping filter you need to drag a column in the space where you can see the message “Drag a column header and drop it here to group by that column” above the table, as shown in below picture.

If you want to generate a report based on Process Name, you have to drag a “Process Name” column.

Once you drop the column it will generate a report as shown in below picture.

You can apply the grouping on one or more columns. In below image, the grouping is applied on “Date” and “Process Name” columns.

If you want to remove grouping applied to the data, click on the “Close” icon and it will show you the data in regular format.
