Summary Sheet is a view where you can see your activity grouped by Application Name and Document Name.
To access this module, click on the “View” menu and select “Summary Sheet”.
A Summary Sheet form will be opened.
In Summary Sheet, you can see two categories of time, Active Time and Away Time.
Active Time and Away Time
Active Time is the time recorded by WizzTime while you are working on your computer.
Away Time is the time recorded by WizzTime when you are away from your computer i.e when your computer is idle.
If you expand the application row, you can see the time you spent on each document or web page and it’s URL.
Assign Task To Active Time
You can see “Project & Tasks” at the left side of the window as shown in below image.
Click on the “Project & Tasks” and you will see the list of Projects.
Double click on the Project Name will show the Tasks list under the Project.
You can see the Task Progress and its Status at the right side of the Task.
To assign the Task to Active Time, select the time logs by checking the required checkboxes.
Select the Task, drag it and drop into the Active Time section.
You will see the Task Name appear under the column “Task Name” for the selected Time Logs.
In Project & Tasks section, Task Progress will increase and Task Status will be changed.
You can assign only Open Tasks to the Time Logs.
If you try to assign Closed Task, WizzTime will show you an alert message.
Assign Task To Away Time
WizzTime will allow you to assign the task to Away Time so that you can get counted your idle time in your Task Progress.
To assign the Task to Away Time, select the idle time logs by checking the required checkboxes.
Select the Task, drag it and drop into the Away Time section as shown in below image.
You can see a Task will be assigned to the Away Time Logs, the Task Progress increases and Task Status is changed.
You can assign the Task to those Active and Away Time who already has Task assigned.
Select the time logs and drag the Task and drop it on the selected records.
Task Name will be updated for the Time Logs. As well as, you can see the previous Task progress will be reduced and new Task Progress will be increased.
Split Away Time
Using this feature you can split your idle time into multiple idle records.
Right Click on away time log and select “Split Away Time”.
Split Away Time form will be opened. Enter the new duration and description and click on “Log” button.
You can see your away time record will be split into two records.
If you enter a new duration more than the “Total Away Time”, WizzTime will show you an alert message.
Edit Away Time Description
You can edit your away time reason by using this feature at any time.
Right click on away time and select “Edit Away Time Description”.
Edit Away Time Description form will be opened. Enter the new description and click on “OK”.
You can expand all applications data. Click on ”+” icon at the top right corner of the form.
All rows will be expanded. You can collapse the rows by clicking on a “-” icon.
You can select “From Date” and “To Date” to see the time records between the date range.
You can hide the Time Logs with shorter durations from the Summary Sheet. To do this, click on Hide Rows drop-down and select the time below which you want to hide the records.
And you will see the data with the rows hided below your selected time.
