The profile page is useful when you want to update your personal information like contact details, phone number etc. You can also change your account password through this page. Administrators can check their purchased licenses and the expiry date of their subscription.
To access this page, click on the “Account” icon at the top right corner of the navigation bar.

A drop-down menu appears, click on the “My Profile” link from the menu and you will be redirected to your Profile page.

Profile View
Here you can see your Personal and Professional information as well as the subscription details of your WizzTime Account.

Update Profile Information
Here you can update your “Personal” details only. You are not able to change the “Professional” information.
To update your personal details, click on the “Edit” icon shown in the top right corner of the “Personal” information box.

Once you click on the “Edit” icon, the personal information box will be changed into edit mode. Modify the details as required and click on the “Save” button.

Now you have updated your personal information and you can see your updated information in the Personal information box.
Change Password
To change your password, click on the “Change Password” button and a “Change Password” popup will be opened.
Enter your Current Password, New Password and Confirm New Password and click on the “Save Changes” button. You will get a success message and your password is updated successfully.

Change Or Remove Profile Image
You can set a picture as your profile image for your account.
To set or update a profile image, click on the “Change” button, and select a picture that you want to set and you will see your selected picture as your profile image.
If you want to remove your profile image, click on the “Remove” button and your profile image will be removed.

Plan details
If you are the administrator, you can see the current plan details below the profile image box.
It contains your WizzTime subscription details, such as “Subscribed On”, “Current Plan “, “Expiry Date ” and your purchased Team Member and Manager license count.

Managers cannot see the plan details in their profile page view, their profile page will be like as shown below.
