Lite User Portal

Lite User portal will help you to manage Lite Licenses of the team. You can also check the Transaction History of your WizzTime purchase in the portal.

Once you purchase WizzTime successfully you will get the login portal credentials through an email.

Click on URL mentioned in the email, you will be redirected to the Lite User Portal Login page.

Enter your credentials provided in the email and click on the “Login” button.

At the top left corner, you can overview the number of Total Purchased Licenses and the Licenses Currently in Use.

Generate License

You can generate licenses for your team by using the “Generate License” form, at the right side of the page.

Enter the Team Member’s Machine ID, Email address, Name, Notes and click on the “Generate” button.

Once the License got generated successfully, WizzTime will show you the success noty message and “In Use Licenses” count will be increased.

WizzTime will send the License file to the Email address you entered.

Team Member needs to register by using the same Email address and License file sent in the email.

You can not generate licenses more than the Purchased License count.

License History

Activated License

When a Team Member registers using the license file generated, the status will change from “Generated” to “Activated”.

You can download the license file for any of the Team Member from User Portal too.

Delete License

You can delete a generated license. Select a license checkbox and click on the “Delete” button.

WizzTime will ask you to confirm the action, click on “Yes”.

The selected license will be deleted and “In Use Licenses” count will be decreased.

You can not delete an “Activated” license.

Unregister License

If any of your Team Member is not using WizzTime and you want to use that License to some other Team Member, you can do it using this feature of WizzTime.

You can Unregister the “Activated” License through WizzTime.

To Unregister the license, click on the “Help” menu and select “Unregister WizzTime Lite”.

WizzTime will ask you the confirmation, click on “Yes”.

Your license will be Unregistered from WizzTime and you will see the Success message as shown below.

Once you Unregistered the license, your account will be deleted from WizzTime Permanently.

Once you Unregister the license, “In Use License” count will be decreased. By using this, you can generate a license for any other Team member.

You can see your Transaction History and download Invoice too.

Change Password

To change your password for the User Portal, click on the “Account” icon at the top right corner of the navigation bar.

A drop-down menu appears, click on the “Change Password” link from the menu.

A “Change Password” popup will be opened.

Enter your Current Password, New Password and Confirm Password and click on the “Save Changes” button. You will get a success message and your password is updated successfully.
